2 Click> sales states & Licenses; add text under: Ascension - Federal Exchange

OSCAR Add States Update:

Instructions for Oscar website navigation to add states

1 Click> Get appointed to sell IFP and Small Group

2 Click> Request Oscar appointment

3 Then Select the state, input state license number and experation

4 Answer question> Are you writing through and Agency; select "NO"

5 Answer question>Do you want to write individual & Family Plans business directly to us or through General Agency Select "Yes"

6 From drop down select "The Health Insurance Store"

7 Submit
